II studied communication sciences in Bolzano and spent over a decade working inside leading media organisations, including Neue Zürcher Zeitung, CNN Money Switzerland, Tamedia and ORF.

Over time, my focus shifted from how communication works to how it holds under pressure.

I saw how quickly clarity can shift when the stakes are high. Highly capable people often struggle to express what they know in the moment. Not because they lack expertise, but because translating complexity into clear communication in real time is a skill in itself. The difference shapes decisions, perception and careers.

This is where I focus my work.
